Most of us know the capabilities of the LT1...like most things, it's only limitations are money and knowledge of the owner. The gen 3 engines are still superior, but sometimes it's much more fun being the underdog. And it's not like the LT1 is a bad engine or anything. You can still make stupid horsepower like any Chevy small block can. Good video too. I like fast stick shift cars.

Yep, like I said in the other thread I have mad respect for the LSX platform.
Too many times though people just write off LTX's like they're all slow and they will never touch a beloved ls car.
Rightfully so though I guess, I do see a lot of them run like crap because people dont set them up right.
With the right combo of parts though they can be just as nasty as anything else on the road and the killer tq band makes them hella fun to drive on the street.
Dont take anything I say about LS engines seriously, im just bustin chops. I would have an ls and actually could get one for the same I'm paying for my lt, but the lt car is just in a lot better shape and has more done to it already.
I will eventually have both! and maybe even work in a rustang lol. Would love to have a 331 boosted fox body.
